The Bought'tea! is the purchased people of God for His praise! Bought with a price, purchased from every tongue, tribe and people. Bought. Tea! Ta Ethne Alleluia! All Peoples Praise the LORD!
5 Cupps of Tea! CUPPS is an acronym spelled C-U-P-P-S and these letters are for Children-Underground-Purchased-Poor-Sorrowful.
Children. Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven. Unless you become like little children, you cannot enter the Kingdom.
Underground. The quiet and/or persecuted church who live in silence or experience the ruthless attack of those who oppose the gospel, and therefore, them.
Purchased. Those who have given their lives for the gospel, and those who have yet to hear the gospel. Purchased from every tongue, tribe, and nation. How will they hear if we don't share Good News of Great Joy?
Poor. My acronym for Pour Servaunts is P-O-U-R---People Of Unlimited Resources! This is us! Which is why I am so overjoyed by the opportunity to pour out our lives to bless our neighbors and the nations! 1 Chronicles 29:14, "But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand." There are many in this world who are truly poor, and Proverbs 19:17 promises this, "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done." My acronym for these poor is P-O-O-R---People Of Obstructed Resources! There are many ways we can bless the poor, and lift them up out of poverty, in partnership with the LORD! Psalm 113:7-8, "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people."
Suffering. Life can be so harsh. Crushing. Bringing overwhelming sorrow. For Daughters Of Eve in their grief, is this 5th cupp of tea. Daughters Of Eve is CS Lewis' beautiful way of referring to girls and women, and I have adopted this as my own. Daughters Of Eve also forms the acronym DOE, which is a deer- a female deer, and a perfect fit for the Great Back Forrest.
So, these are the 5 CUPPS of Tea! Children. Underground. Purchased. Poor. Sorrowful. The Bought'tea!
