Lavendear Linen Christmassage
Lavendear: a word that I created from Lavender, which comes from the Latin, 'lavare' which means "to wash" and this reminds me of the very beginning of Jesus' ministry, when He turned water into wine at a wedding, by asking the servants to fill the 6 stone waterpots with water---the waterpots were for ceremonial cleansing--'lavare' --to wash. Lavender also hints at the color of the water-turned-to-wine. I created the word Lavendear to embody the meaning of Lavender, the beginning of Jesus' ministry, and dear, as in "doe, a deer, a female deer" as DOE can be representative of "Daughters Of Eve" a lovely way to refer to women. Yet, spelled 'dear' rather than 'deer' to signify the preciousness of each woman made in the image of God and redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Bought with a price, a dear price, the Lamb of God.
Linen: linen sheets grace the table of every Lavendear Linen Christmassage, and signify the linen in which the body of Jesus was wrapped when laid in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, awaiting His Glorious Resurrection! Linen represents our sorrow, our hope, our victory! We will one day be dressed in linen as the Victorious Bride of Christ!
Lavendear Linen embraces the ministry of Jesus from glorious beginning to victorious end! Water into wine at a wedding all the way to He Is Risen! Just as He said!
Christmassage is a word I crafted by joining Christmas and massage as one. Christmas means anointed and sent, as Christ means anointed, and mas is from the Latin "missio" which means "to go" or "to send" --the word Christmassage is Christmas-sage, and sage means wise, so to me, Christmassage means "anointed and sent and wise" wow! Christmas "sage" also, then, points to the Wise Magi in the Christmas story, who traveled far to give gifts of great worth to Jesus!
Every Christmassage is a hands on reminder that we are "Anointed and Sent" as His Body---to go share Good News of Great Joy! with All People! Luke 2:10. Every Christmassage rings with the promise of Comfort and Joy to the World!

Lavendear Linen is a Mines' tree of Christmassage and Prayer for "Daughters of Eve" (women) who are walking through a deep/dark valley in their life, and/or who are walking with others through deep/dark valleys. Lavendear Linen Christmassages are given as a gift by invitation only, through local churches and other sponsors.
Lavendear Linen Christmassages are given in Annointment Appointments, which are scheduled at 10am for (2) Daughters of Eve, who come together, with one Christmassage following the other. Prayer and Christmassage are given alternately to each Guest.
